The roadway surrounding the Property previously suffered from traffic congestion. As part of the development, the partnership in cooperation with the city, successfully built new road improvements to provide excellent access to the site. New off ramps, wider roads, new traffic signals providing superior access from Clayton Road, South Woods Mill Road and Highway 141 now highlight one of the best transportation networks in the region.
